Scripture: 1 Sh’mu’el (Sam) 17:21-50 The stone that changed everything.

SYNOPSIS: Can one stone change eternity? Can one stone defeat your enemy? Can on stone stop you from entering the Land after everything you did? Can one stone overcome death? Can one stone bring living water? Today we are going to study how one stone could change everything in your life.

VERSES: 1 Sh’mu’el (Sam) 17:21-50 The stone that changed everything. B’midbar (Num) 20:1-12 one stone that cut you off. Mattiyahu (Mat) 21:42-43 the stone they rejected. Psalm 118:14-24 the very rock the builders rejected has become YESHUA.

1Sa 17:40  Then he took his stick in his hand and picked five smooth stones from the riverbed, putting them in his shepherd's bag, in his pouch. Then, with his sling in his hand, he approached the P'lishti.

B’midbar (Num) 20:1-12 one stone that cut you off.

Num 20:10  But after Moshe and Aharon had assembled the community in front of the rock, he said to them, "Listen here, you rebels! Are we supposed to bring you water from this rock?"

Mat 21:42  Yeshua said to them, "Haven't you ever read in the Tanakh, 'The very rock which the builders rejected has become the cornerstone! This has come from YEHOVAH, and in our eyes it is amazing'? 

Mat 21:43  Therefore, I tell you that the Kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to the kind of people that will produce its fruit!" 

 

Ref Mat 28:2  Suddenly there was a violent earthquake, for an angel of YEHOVAH came down from heaven, rolled away the stone and sat on it. 

 

Psalm 118:14-24 the very rock the builders rejected has become YESHUA.
