Scripture: Proverbs 18:10

SYNOPSIS: The theme of this message is about the massive amount of bombs fired at Israel this past week. The many, many people in the land living inside of the bomb shelters. Have you ever been in a bomb shelter or lived in one to save your life? We need to study this verse Pro 18:10  The name of YEHOVAH is a strong tower; a righteous person runs to it and is raised high [above danger]. How can the name of YEHOVAH be a strong tower against bombs fired at you? We are going to study the physical and spiritual aspect of that verse.

VERSES: Proverbs 18:10 the name is a strong tower. Psalm 61:1-4 find refuge in the shelter of your wings. Mattiyahu (Mat) 23:37 under HIS wings. Sh’mot (Ex) 3:15 this name speaks of one who keeps a covenant. Psalm 9:8-10 Those who know your name put their trust in you. Psalm 27:1-5 whom should I fear if HE is my tower of strength. Mattiyahu (Mat) 7:24-27 the tower is built on the rock. Psalm 46:1-3 YEHOVAH Is Our Fortress. Proverbs 14:26-27 powerful security. Psalm 91:9-16 he knows my name, I will protect him.

Pro 18:10  The name of YEHOVAH is a strong tower; a righteous person runs to it and is raised high [above danger].

Psalm 9:8-10 Those who know your name put their trust in you.

Psa 9:8  He will judge the world in righteousness; he will judge the peoples fairly. 

Psa 9:9  YEHOVAH is a stronghold for the oppressed, a tower of strength in times of trouble. 

Psa 9:10  Those who know your name put their trust in you, for you have not abandoned those who seek you, YEHOVAH.

Mattiyahu (Mat) 7:24-27 the tower is built on the rock.

Mat 7:25  The rain fell, the rivers flooded, the winds blew and beat against that house, but it didn't collapse, because its foundation was on rock.

Psalm 46:1-3 YEHOVAH Is Our Fortress.

Psa 46:1  [For the leader. By the descendants of Korach. On `alamot [high-pitched musical instruments?]. A song:] God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. 

Psa 46:2  Therefore we are unafraid, even if the earth gives way, even if the mountains tumble into the depths of the sea, 

Psa 46:3  even if its waters rage and foam, and mountains shake at its turbulence. (Selah) 

 

Proverbs 14:26-27 powerful security.

Pro 14:26  In the fear of YEHOVAH is powerful security; for his children there will be a place of refuge. 

 

Pro 18:10

Psalm 91:9-16 he knows my name, I will protect him.
